63. Adolph Ferdinand Hermann LÜHRS was born on 14 Feb 1889 in Germany and came to the US (by himself) in 1904. He owned and operated a delicatessen at 90-15 Jamaica Ave. in Woodhaven, NY for many years, and brought his older brother, Rudolph, over from Germany, who also worked in the store. Adolph died on 4 May 1937 in Milford, PA.
He married Martha Johanne FREELS on 16 Aug 1925 in Woodhaven, NY. She was born 6 Jul 1897 in Brake GER and died 1 Oct 1951 in Jamaica, NY. They had the following children:
